Dr. Guzmán-Vélez is a neuropsychologist and Instructor at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, and member of the Multicultural Alzheimer Prevention Program. Her research focuses on the early detection of Alzheimer’ disease (AD) and on investigating lifestyle factors and mechanisms that protect against the onset of cognitive symptoms associated with neurodegenerative disorders, particularly AD.
